The first stage of Avant Townhomes  (Templar Lane) has commenced construction off Hull Road at Kinley.   Avant Townhomes (a subsidiary of Intrapac) are working with partner builder  Cave Hill Projects on the delivery of these homes and have been successful in managing price increases and availability of materials to maintain the build program.  Since commencing on site late April, underground services are underway, concrete slabs will commence this week and frames in June.

Avant’s architect designed homes are specifically designed for the Kinley project with the Templar Lane Release featuring large north facing rear yards and elevated views over the Hull Road wetlands to the Dandenong Ranges. The homes also offer a sophisticated range of sustainable inclusions such as recycled water, double glazing and electric heat pumps.

Templar Lane is anticipated to be completed by May 2023 ready to hand over to the fortunate new homeowners.
