Kinley Ghost Tour
Visit the Kinley Living Collection Display Village to find the ghosts hidden in the Display Homes.
Simply scan the QR code once you’ve located a ghost to learn about a historical Lilydale building or icon.
Once you have collected enough ghost you can collect your treat (lolly bag) from the Kinley Land Sales and Discovery Centre and enter the draw to win one of four $250 gift cards.*

Where is the best spot to park?
Event Parking is located on Daniel Street off Honour Avenue (Subject to weather).
If I have trouble using the Kinley Ghost Tour app who can assist?
Our friendly staff at the Sales and Discovery Centre, 1 Gallagher Crescent will be able to assist.
What happens if it’s raining?
The weather will be monitored in the lead up to the event. The event will be rescheduled in extreme weather conditions.
What ages is this event suitable for?
This is an all ages event. The Ghost Tour is recommended to have a parent / guardian present.
What are the prizes available for the Kinley Ghost Tour?
All participants will be able to collect a treat (lolly bag) from the Kinley Sales and Discovery Centre after completing the Ghost Tour.
To enter the major prize (Four $250 Visa Gift Cards) you’ll need to enter your contact details when prompted at the end of the tour to go into the draw.
*Prizes (4 x $250 Gift Cards) will be drawn at random at 4.30pm on Sunday 29th October 2023. Winners will be notified via phone. Prize winners can collect their prize from 4.30pm on Sunday 29th October from the Kinley Land Sales and Discovery Centre 1 Gallagher Crescent Lilydale. Winners will be announced on the Kinley Facebook page on Monday 30th October 2023.
Do I need to pre-download an app to participate in the Kinley Ghost Tour?
No need to download an app, you will only need a smartphone to scan the QR code signage onsite to register and begin capturing the ghosts.
I’m interested in living at Kinley who can I speak with?
Our friendly sales team will be onsite during the event, you can visit us at the new Kinley Sales and Discovery Centre at 1 Gallagher Crescent.
Will cars be driving around while families participate in the Ghost tour?
Gallagher Crescent will be closed to all vehicles during the event and traffic management will be undertaken on the day to guide pedestrians and vehicles alike the best path of travel.
