Since our inception, and under the guidance of founding Managing Director, John Crosby, we have established key partnerships with experienced local developers. In Victoria, Intrapac and Brencorp have partnered together to deliver a range of highly successful developments. In 2002, John Crosby, was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia, recognising his services to commerce and industry, and particularly his contributions as a property developer. John has also served on a range of boards and policy committees involved in developing large masterplanned communities at Craigieburn (Victoria), Kawana Waters (Queensland) and Glenmore Park and Penrith (NSW).
